WINNIPEG, Feb. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust
("TREIT") (TSX Venture: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.04
per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of
February 2012. Payment will be made on March 15, 2012 to the
Unitholders of record as of February 29, 2012.
