MISSISSAUGA, ON, March 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Morguard Real Estate Investment
Trust (TSX: MRT.UN) today announced that it has declared a distribution
of 8 cents per unit for the month of March 2012.�� The distribution will
be payable on April 13, 2012 to unitholders of record as at March 30,
2012.

Morguard REIT is a closed-end real estate investment trust, which owns a
diversified portfolio of 53 high quality retail, office and mixed-use
properties in Canada with an approximate value of $2.1 billion and
comprising approximately 8.5 million square feet of leaseable space.
