RICHMOND, BC, April 9, 2012 /CNW/ - Huntingdon Capital Corp.

HNT.WT) announced today a cash dividend of $0.02 per common share for
the month of May.�� The May dividend will be payable on May 1, 2012 to
shareholders on record as of April 16, 2012.
