TORONTO, Nov. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of TMX Group
Limited (previously Maple Group Acquisition Corporation) declared a
dividend of $0.40 on each common share outstanding, payable on December
7, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November
23, 2012.

TMX Group hereby advises that $0.11 of this dividend is designated as an
"eligible dividend" and $0.29 is designated as an "ineligible dividend"
for Canadian income tax purposes.
