TORONTO, Sept. 8, 2011 /CNW/ - The Trustees of Kingsway Linked Return of
Capital Trust (the "Trust") have today declared a return of capital
distribution of $0.3125 per Kingsway Linked Return of Capital Preferred
Unit (the "LROC Preferred Units"), payable on September 30, 2011 to
holders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2011.

The Trust has been created to provide holders with exposure to a senior
note issued by an affiliate of Kingsway Financial Services Inc. Holders
of the LROC Preferred Units will receive quarterly distributions of
$0.3125 per LROC Preferred Unit representing a yield of 5.00% per annum
on the $25.00 per LROC Preferred Unit offering price.

Units are listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol KSP.UN.
