WINNIPEG, Oct. 19, 2011 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust
("TREIT") (TSX Venture: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.04
per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of
October 2011. Payment will be made on November 15, 2011 to the
Unitholders of record as of October 31, 2011.

As previously announced, the distribution reflects a 20% increase from
the previous monthly distribution amount of $0.03334 per unit.

Temple REIT is a real estate investment trust, which is listed on the
