TORONTO, May 18, 2012 /CNW/ - IBI Group Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: IBG)
today declared a cash dividend of $0.092 per Share for the month of May
2012, payable June 29, 2012 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2012.
