VANCOUVER, Aug. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Trez Capital Mortgage Investment
Corporation (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors
has declared its first monthly distribution of $0.0583 per Class A
share of the Company.�� The distribution will be paid on September 14,
2012 to holders of Class A shares of record on August 31, 2012.�� As of
August 16, 2012, there were 11,500,000 Class A shares outstanding.
