EDMONTON, Aug. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - McCoy Corporation ("McCoy" or "the Corporation") (TSX: MCB), a supplier of innovative
products and services for the global energy industry, announced that
the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend payment of
$0.05 per common share payable on September 15, 2012 to shareholders of
record on August 31, 2012. The dividend per common share is unchanged
from the prior quarter regular dividend.
