WINNIPEG, Aug. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Temple Real Estate Investment Trust
("Temple TREIT") (TSX: TR.UN) announced today a distribution of $0.04
per unit ($0.48 per unit on an annualized basis) for the month of
August 2012.�� Payment will be made on September 15, 2012 to the
Unitholders of record as of August 31, 2012.
