TORONTO, Nov. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Davis +
Henderson Corporation (TSX: DH) ("D+H" or the "Company") today announced its intention to increase the
Company's target annual dividend amount by $0.04 to $1.28 per share
annualized from the current amount of $1.24.
Consistent with this increased annual dividend amount, the Board of
Directors also announced it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32
per common share payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record
at the close of business on November 30, 2012. The dividend is an
eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
Actual declared dividends are subject to the discretion of the D+H Board
of Directors and may vary from the intentions stated depending on,
among other things, the Company's earnings, financial requirements, and
other conditions existing at such future time.
